2. The petitioner has prayed for regular bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 109/3(5) of the B.N.S. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
3. The case of the prosecution is that some unknown miscreants have fired upon the informant. They were aged about 16-18 years.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the FIR was lodged against unknown miscreants. The name of this petitioner has come on the basis of his confessional statement before the police which has got no evidentiary value in the eye of law.

It has also been submitted that from perusal of the Annexure-2, it will transpire that both parties have compromised the case. Moreover, the petitioner is languishing in judicial custody since 24.04.2025.
5. Learned APP appearing for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer of regular bail and submitted that petitioner is having criminal antecedent of three cases.
6. Having heard learned counsel for the parties and considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this court is inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. The above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail in connection with Koilwar P.S. Case No. 56 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned IInd Additional Sessions Judge, Bhojpur at Ara.
