The petitioner seeks direction to the Land Acquisition Authority, respondent no.2, to refer the dispute of title with regard to the land already acquired to the principal civil court having jurisdiction. This Court by order dated 06.05.2019, passed in CWJC No.9092 of 2019, directed the District Land

Patna High Court CWJC No.22725 of 2019(3) dt.06-12-2019 2/2 Acquisition Officer, Nawada to take a decision afresh, in the light of the observations made hereinabove, and pass appropriate order, in accordance with law.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he filed petition on 01.06.2019 along with the order of this Court passed in CWJC No.9092 of 2019 but the District Land Acquisition Officer, Nawada has not yet passed any order. Having considered the submissions of both sides, I dispose of this writ petition with a direction to the District Land Acquisition Authority, Nawada to pass appropriate order in accordance with law, as directed by this Court vide order dated 06.05.2019, passed in CWJC No.9092 of 2019, within three months from the date of receipt of this order. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the writ petition is disposed of.
