Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Phulwarisharif P.S. Case No.772 of 2017, registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 353, 341, 323, 332, 337, 338, 295, 295(A), 153(A), 307, 435, 436, 427, 504, 506 and 120B of the Indian Penal Code as well as under Section 27 of the Arms Act. Allegation in brief is that persons of the other community stopped the religious procession of other community and communal flare spread and said to have made brick batting and set ablaze many vehicles and also opened fire. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is a student, he was on looker, there is no specific allegation against him and petitioner has got clean antecedent.
