This is an application for regular bail in connection with Madhepura (Ghailadh) P. S. Case No. 225 of 2017 registered for the offences punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

Informant in his written complaint has stated that on 14.4.2017 at about 11 P.M. he was returning after attending marriage ceremony by his motorcycle when two motorcycle borne miscreants stopped his motorcycle, overpowered him and pulled him, as a result he fell down on the ground. Thereafter, they snatched two mobiles and fled away on his motorcycle. FIR is against unknown. Informant had claimed that he could identify the miscreants.

It has been submitted on behalf of petitioner that no

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.15533 of 2018(3) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 TIP has been held and he has been implicated in this case on the basis of suspicion only. It is further submitted that one similarly placed co-accused Amit Kumar to that of petitioner has been granted bail by this Court vide Cr. Misc. no. 8102 of 2018. Petitioner is in custody since 30.7.2017.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Madhepura, in connection with Madhepura (Ghailadh) P. S. Case No. 225 of 2017.
