2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 21C of the NDPS Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, 158 bottle cough syrup containing 100 milliliter each, was recovered from courtyard situated behind house of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no incriminating article has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner as alleged recovery is from outside the house which is accessible to all. Petitioner is a a lady and has got no criminal antecedent.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts of the case, prayer for bail of the petitioner is allowed. In the event of arrest/surrender within six weeks from today, let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80275 of 2023(2) dt.10-01-2024 2/2 mentioned above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Sessions Judge, Madhubani in Jaynagar Police Station Case No. 326 of 2023, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
