The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No.147 of 2025 registered for the offence under sections 115(2), 126(2), 127(2), 132, 352, 351(2) of the B.N.S., 2023 and under sections 25(1-B)A, 26/35 of the Arms Act.

Seven cartridges were recovered from the road. The petitioner was not caught on the spot. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are in no way connected with the alleged recovery of cartridges. He further submits that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case since they are the son

Considering the submissions made on behalf of the petitioners and also the fact that the petitioners have not been caught on the spot, this application is allowed. 6.

Accordingly, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner, above named, be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-II, Rosera, Samastipur / concerned Court below, in connection with Hasanpur P.S. Case No.147 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in section 482 of the BNSS / 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973.
