The petitioner in this case is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Rajgir P.S. Case No.282 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Learned counsel submits that there is no specific allegation against the petitioner.
