Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Muzaffarpur, in connection with Sakra P.S.Case No. 206 of 2016, subject to the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.21124 of 2018 (2) dt.12-04-2018 2/2 condition that one of the bailors shall be a local person having sufficient immoveable properties within the jurisdiction of the court concerned and petitioner shall co-operate in trial and appear in court on the date fixed, except on genuine reason, failing which the prosecution will be at liberty to move for cancellation of his bail bond.
