2. The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:

"a) For directing the opposite parties to make payment in favour of your petitioner for her service as the post of Warden of girls' hostel which is situated at Rajkiyakrit 10 + 2 High School at Bathua Buzurg, P.S. - Sarairanjan, District - Samastipur. As per the norms of the appointment of the warden in the girls' hostel, your petitioner was appointed as the Warden of the girls' hostel vide letter No.391 dated 24/11/2015.

"(b) For directing opposite parties to make payment of Rs.4,20,000/- (Four Lakh twenty thousand rupees) in favour of your petitioner for the post of said Warden of girls' hostel which is situated at Rajkiyakrit 10+2 High School, Bathua Buzurg, P.S. - Sarairanjan, DistrictSamastipur such payment may be directed to be paid with interest.

(c) For directing opposite parties to establish seniority to your petitioner for the post of headmaster of said explained school from 31/01/2016.

(d) For directing any other relief and reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law."

3. At the very outset, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has filed several representations before the concerned Authorities, but till date no order has been passed by the concerned Authorities.

Considering the above-mentioned facts, the petitioner is directed to file a fresh representation before the Respondent No.4 along with all supporting documents within a period of thirty days and the Respondent No.4 is well advised to consider the case of the petitioner after affording opportunity of personal hearing or through her counsel and pass a reasoned and speaking order in accordance with law within one month thereafter.

5. If the petitioner is found entitled to any consequential benefits, then the same would be paid to her within three months thereafter.

6. With the aforesaid direction, the writ application stands disposed of.
