Petitioner seeks regular bail in Baliya P.S.Case No.213 of 2017 instituted for the offence under Sections 307, 353/34 of I.P.C. and Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no one was injured in cross firing and only six live cartridges and two empty cartridges were alleged to be recovered from the petitioner and some of the co-accused from whose possession country made pistol and cartridges were recovered have been admitted on bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide orders dated 10.01.2018 and 07.02.2018 passed in Cr.Misc.No.524 of and Cr.Misc.No.5088 of 2018 respectively. Petitioner is in custody since 03.09.2017 and her antecedent.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13119 of 2018 (2) dt.06-03-2018 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Begusarai, in Baliya P.S.Case No.213 of 2017.
