====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 12-10-2020 Heard learned counsel appearing for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the State through video conferencing.

Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Nowkothi P. S. Case No.65 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 307, 34 of the I.P.C. and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Taking into consideration that petitioner is said to have caused firearm injury to informant and the aforesaid fact appears to be corroborated by the injury report of informant, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioner.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.69145 of 2019(9) dt.12-10-2020 2/2 Accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.
