Petitioners, already in custody, seek bail in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 372 of 2017, registered under Sections 417, 418, 419, 465, 468, 469, 471 and 120 (B) of the Indian Penal Code.
The allegation in brief is that some unknown persons circulated question papers of Teacher Eligibility Test (TET) and that was a fictitious one.
Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is no material against the petitioners and only on the basis of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.13738 of 2018 (2) dt.08-03-2018 2/2 confessional statement of co-accused persons, namely Ranjan Choudhary and Nitish Kumar, petitioners have been made accused.
Having considered the said facts and circumstances, the petitioners Dhanraj Kumar and Karu Paswan, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kotwali P.S.Case No. 372 of 2017.
