The petitioner seeks bail in Kako P.S. Case No. 21 of 2016 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 461, 379 427 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation against the petitioner is of committing theft.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The name of the petitioner had surfaces in this case on the confessional statement of co-accused Pravin Kumar. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-IV, Jehanabad in connection with Kako P.S.
