Petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable u/s 420, 467, 468, 471, 120(B) of IPC. Allegation against the petitioner is that she got appointment to the post of Block Teacher on the basis of forged educational certificate.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. She has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has never produced any forged certificate and she was selected after due verification of all documents. It is submitted by way of filing a supplementary affidavit that petitioner has resigned from her service on 21.03.2023 and she sent her resignation letter to the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75310 of 2022(3) dt.10-04-2023 2/2 concerned Authority through registered post as the Headmaster as well as concerned D.P.O. did not accept her resignation letter. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for bail. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, since the petitioner has sent her resignation to the concerned Authority, let the above named petitioner, be released on bail, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned court below where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Chautham P.S. Case No.204 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
