2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Balwahat P.S. Case No. 36 of 2025 registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 127(2), 118(1), 118(2), 109, 74 and 75 of the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023 and Section 8 and 12 of the POCSO Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, the petitioner is accused of trying to commit rape with a minor girl and before that he is alleged to have brutally assaulted the minor girl.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence.

5. Learned counsel for the State and the learned counsel for the informant have vehemently opposed the bail application. The learned counsel for the informant submits that all the prosecution witnesses have been examined.
6. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Court is not inclined to grant regular bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this application for regular bail stands rejected. (Sandeep Kumar, J) Shishir/- U T
