====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE RAJENDRA KUMAR MISHRA ORAL ORDER 29-03-2018 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Complaint Case No.C2-103 of 2018 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The accusation is of recovery of 90 bottles, each containing 300 ml. Nepali Saufi Liquor, from the motorcycle, which was being driven by the co-accused Shiv Shankar Paswan and on which this petitioner was pillion rider.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner having no criminal antecedent is in custody since 16.02.2018.

Having regard to the facts and the circumstances of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.17571 of 2018(2) dt.29-03-2018 2/2 case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Sitamarhi, in connection with Complaint Case No.C2-103 of 2018.
