There happens to be specific disclosure at the end of the informant Moti Singh, grand father of the alleged victim claiming herself to be minor that she was kidnapped by his covillager Sourav Kumar and had suspected hands of these petitioners during the course of alleged commission of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.79956 of 2019(5) dt.19-06-2020 2/2 kidnapping.

The girl has been recovered and considering the statement of the victim in consonance with the intermediary event relating to her release in favour of petitioner no.2, the aforesaid Sourav Kumar was granted bail by this Court under Criminal Miscellaneous No.6413 of 2020.

Consequent thereupon, the petitioners, namely, Dilip Singh, Rubi Devi, Aanandi Singh, Jay Karan Singh, Subodh Singh, Kedar Singh @ Kedar Nath Singh and Vijay Singh, in the event of their arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Banka in connection with Fullidumar P.S.
