2. Having regard to the fact that the petitioner has already filed a complaint before the Registrar (Respondent No.

2) by way of complaint/representation dated 12.09.2025 (Annexure- P/5). The present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 2 to consider the said representation and take necessary action strictly in accordance with law. The authorities before passing any order shall put the petitioner as well as the other interested parties on notice and giving them an opportunity of hearing. The authorities shall endeavour to pass necessary orders as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

3. With the above directions, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
