The petitioner is in custody in connection with Telhara P.S. Case No.5 of 2018, a case under Sections 379/411/188 of the Indian Penal Code and Rule 4/40 of the BMMC Act, 1972 and Rule 8(D) of the B.M.M.C. Act, 2003. The petitioner is cleaner of the tractor on which sand was allegedly being carried on without license. Considering the nature of allegation, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with the aforesaid case,
