2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 201 and 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. The petitioner is the father of the deceased. He is alleged to have killed his own daughter.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no specific allegation levelled against the petitioner. The petitioner is the father of the deceased and is in custody since 03.04.2024.

5. Learned APP appearing for the State opposes the prayer for regular bail of the petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and submissions of learned counsel for the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.- X, Gopalganj/concerned Court in connection with Hathua P.S. Case No. 68 of 2024.
