Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears that similarly situated co-accused Jai Lal Rai has been allowed regular bail by coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 10.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc.No. 15267 of 2018.

Submission is that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent. The petitioner is in custody since 27.11.2017. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.27433 of 2018(2) dt.07-05-2018 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Sahebganj Police Station Case No. 335 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
