JUSTICE ARUN KUMAR ORAL ORDER 19-04-2018 Heard learned counsels for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Khudaganj P.S.Case No. 70 of 2017 registered under Sections 302, 201 and 120B/34 of the Indian penal Code. Allegation in brief is that petitioner had taken the informant's father, an Amin, for measurement of the land and it is alleged that all the accused persons entered into conspiracy killed him.

Submission is that there is land dispute in between both sides and only suspicion is raised against the petitioner and said to have called the deceased for measurement of the land and after one day, dead body was recovered.

Having considered the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the petitioner, namely, Birji Yadav, is directed to be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties
