Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 395 of the Indian Penal Code. The FIR of the occurrence of dacoity is against unknown. Name of the petitioner has transpired in the confessional statement of co-accused Chhotu Mahuri, who has already been allowed bail by a Coordinate bench of this Court vide order dated 13.07.2016 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 23783 of 2016. In the circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Delha Police Station Case No. 105 of
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.6717 of 2018 (2) dt.06-02-2018 2/2 2015, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
