2. The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna O.P) P.S Case No.1150 of 2023, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506, 34 of Indian Penal Code.

3. As per the prosecution case, on 02.12.2023 at about 06:15 P.M. while the informant was going to his home and as soon as he reached near DM residence, the petitioner along with other co-accused came there and started abusing him, on objection the accused persons assaulted him by means of iron rod with intent to kill him and also snatched his golden locket.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that injury found on the head and body of the informant is seems to be simple in nature. He further submits that

5. However, learned APP for the State oppose the prayer for of the petitioner.

6. Considering all aspects of the case and also the fact that petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and also the fact that there is only one head injury and pain swelling on the left arm of the informant, let the above named petitioner be released on anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad (Karauna O.P) Case No.1150 of 2023 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
