2. The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in connection with Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024 registered for the offences punishable u/s 143 B.N.S. and 79 of the J.J. Act.

3. As per the prosecution case, the informant has alleged that while making a regular check in the Chennai Express, minor children were found to have been traveling with the petitioner and others. On being inquired, they confessed that they were taking the said children for the work of labour.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and the allegation of child trafficking has falsely been levelled against him. It is next submitted that similarly situated co-accused, namely, Md. Taslim @ Taslim and Pradeep Prajapati have been enlarged on bail by co-ordinate Benches of this Court vide order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.80591 of 2024(6) dt.22-04-2025 2/2 02.12.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 82275 of 2024 and vide order dated 06.03.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1784 of 2025 respectively. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has clean antecedent and is in custody since 29.07.2024.

5. Learned APP for the state has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail and has submitted that the petitioner and other co-accused persons were involved in child trafficking.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case and also taking into account the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 29.07.2024, let the petitioner above-named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court concerned, Gaya, in connection with Sasaram Rail P.S. Case No. 105 of 2024.

7. The application stands allowed.
