Petitioner is accused in connection with Barauni (Refinery) P.S. Case No. 16 of 2019 registered under Sections 307 of the I.P.C. read with section 27 of the Arms Act. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that the petitioner's name has come in the case on the confessional statement of co-accused. It is also submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and is in custody since 25.05.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two
