Petitioner, already in custody, seeks bail in connection with Dulhain Bazar PS Case No.141 of 2017, registered under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation in brief is that one live cartridge was recovered from possession of the petitioner. However, the petitioner is in custody in this case since 29.06.2017. Having considered the aforesaid fact, petitioner Ravi Kumar is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-III, Danapur, Patna in connection with Dulhain Bazar PS Case No.141 of 2017.
