The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 24.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58998 of 2021 to the extent of extending the period of surrender. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by four weeks from today in connection with Mairwa P.S. Case No.412 of 2020, pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge 2nd cum Special Judge, Excise, Siwan, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar. The order dated 24.06.2022 passed in Cr. Misc.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30321 of 2023(2) dt.10-05-2023 2/2 No.58998 of 2021 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
