Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S. Case No. 501 of 2017 for the offence under sections 272, 273 and 411 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 30(a), 41(i) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act. 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has remained in custody for more than three months. He submits that in connection with the said case, two persons have been granted anticipatory bail and one accused was granted regular bail.

Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25749 of 2018(2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Sessions Judge2nd -cum-Special Judge, Excise, Siwan, in connection with Siwan Muffasil P.S.
