JUSTICE JITENDRA KUMAR ORAL ORDER 31-10-2025 The present Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been preferred for modification of the order dated 17.09.2025, passed by this Court in Criminal Miscellaneous No. 67277 of 2025 whereby the Petitioner has been directed to be enlarged on anticipatory bail.

However, as per the stipulation in the said order, if it is brought to the notice of the Court below that the Petitioner has any criminal antecedent, learned Court below shall cancel the bail bonds of the Petitioner after hearing him and getting satisfied that the Petitioner has concealed his criminal antecedents despite his knowledge of the same.
3. However, learned counsel for the Petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75911 of 2025(2) dt.31-10-2025 2/2 submits that inadvertently, the Pairvikar could not give information regarding two criminal antecedents of the Petitioner. He further submits that the Pairvikar is a 75 year old illiterate lady and she does not even know how to sign, and hence, this discrepancy has crept in in the bail petition. However, later on she came to know that two criminal cases are pending against the Petitioner. Hence, he is seeking modification of the impugned order to this effect.
4. Accordingly, the order dated 17.09.2025 is modified to the extent that the Petitioner has two criminal antecedents by way of Chandi P.S. Case No.59 of 2024 under Section 341, 323, 379, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Chandi P.S. Case No. 166 of 2025 under Section 126(2), 127(2), 115(2), 303(2), 74, 79, 352, 3(5) of the B.N.S., 2023 and the Petitioner is granted further four weeks' time to surrender and file his bail bond.
