JUSTICE MADHURESH PRASAD ORAL ORDER 20-01-2020 Counsel for the Bank upon instruction submits that as soon as the petitioner presents an affidavit to the extent that he has not encashed the earlier drafts issued in his favour for an amount of Rs. 14,778/- being his payment on account of contributory provident fund proceeds, payment will be made. In view of such submission, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that within two weeks he will be approaching
