2. The petitioner is in custody since 12.1.2018 in connection with Pipariya P.S. Case No.01 of 2018 for the offences alleged under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. It is submitted that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in connection with recovery of one Passion Pro Motorcycle and one LED T.V., which are said to be stolen property. It is submitted that the said goods had been purchased bonafide without knowledge with the same was stolen. Petitioner claims clean antecedent.

4. Having regard to the nature of accusations and gravity of the offence alleged as well as recovery of the
