Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 394 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case. Moreover, similarly situated co-accused person has been granted bail by co-ordinate Bench of this Hon'ble Court vide order dated 31.08.2015 in Cr. Misc. No. 36314 of 2015. Petitioner is in custody since 16.09.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail
