The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Alauli P.S. Case No.139 of 2019 registered under Sections 341, 323, 448, 354(B), 337, 308, 427, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The informant-Ram Rati Devi named the petitioners along with other accused persons and alleged that the petitioners damaged the moong crops of the informant and on protest, they abused and assaulted the informant and others. The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that there is verbal altercation only because the petitioners were taking their tractor through the land of the informant and for that the case has been lodged making false and frivolous allegation

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioners, let the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Khagaria in connection with Alauli P.S. Case No.139 of 2019(G.R. No.1157 of 2019), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
