In this case, the petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Khagaria (Muffasil) P.S. Case No.448 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under sections 341, 323, 325, 354, 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegation has been made against the petitioner along with Chhatri Mandal, both were assaulting the wife of informant and they torn her blouse and made her half naked. When the informant objected, they have also assaulted the informant mercilessly, thereafter, he was shifted to the hospital. There is a direct allegation to have caused injury to
