The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offences punishable under Sections 25(1-b)a/26/35 of the Arms Act.

So far allegation in the present FIR against the petitioner is concerned; a mobile phone was allegedly recovered from his possession. Petitioner is in custody since 17.10.2017. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where the case is pending in connection with Tajpur P.S. Case No.337 of
