The petitioner is languishing in custody for the offence punishable under Sections 302/34/120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Suspicion is against the F.I.R. named accused persons to have committed murder of the nephew of the informant for the reason of some affairs with a girl student of the same college. Petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. She is wife of co-accused Lalan Singh. She is in custody since 17.02.2018. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Court-below where

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.25716 of 2018 (2) dt.30-04-2018 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Sasaram (Tilauthu) P.S. Case No. 1869 of 2017, with condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
