The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bahadurpur P.S. Case No.176 of 2021 registered under Sections 304(B),120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. No specific allegation is made against the petitioner. The petitioner is bhaisur (brother-in-law) of the deceased. The husband of the deceased is in custody.

Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below
