JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 14-05-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1. (i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of Mandamus for direction of respondent for considering the application of petitioner dated 26.03.2018 and 17.02.2022, which have been filed for mentioning the name of the petitioner in service book as wife of the Respondent Jagdish Kumar Poddar.

(ii) Further issue direction to respondents the name of the petitioner entered into the service as

Patna High Court CWJC No.16666 of 2023(2) dt.14-05-2024 2/2 wife of the respondent Jagdish Kumar Poddar as perform marriage on 24.05.1997."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of her aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
