2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 103 (1) , 61 ( 2 ) and 3

(5) of BNS.

3 . The prosecution case , in brief, is that informant namely , Pintu Singh Chandrawandi alleged that on 10.06.2025 at about 06:30 AM, all the F.I.R. named accused persons including this petitioner under a conspiracy killed son of informant. It is further alleged that two days before the alleged occurrence , accused persons came to the house of informant and threatened him with dire consequences and also committed maarpeet with them on several occasions.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75808 of 2025(2) dt.18-11-2025 2/2 F.I.R. has been lodged against 9 accused persons including this petitioner. Informant is not an eye witness to the alleged occurrence . Only suspicion has been raised against this petitioner. Informant has not disclosed any source of information as to how he came to know that accused persons along with this petitioner were involved in the present occurrence . Petitioner claims clean antecedent and is in custody since 12.06.2025 .

5 . Learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently opposes the bail application.

6. Considering the aforesaid facts, materials available on record, period of custody , clean antecedent of this petitioner and other circumstances of the case , the bail application is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM Aurangabad in connection with Mali P. S. Case No. 124 of 2025 .
