The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016 registered under Section 15/18 of N.D.P.S. Act.
Considering that on an information regarding illegal cultivation of opium crop near village Piprahi and Phungunia was received on 23.02.2016, pursuant to which the informant Forest Range Officer rushed to the place of cultivation and destroyed the opium crop but did not institute any FIR and a first information report in this regard was instituted after long span of time on 06.04.2016, the petitioners, who have made a

Act, Gaya in connection with Barachatti P.S. Case No. 111 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
