Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The FIR is against unknown. Co-accused Sikandar Yadav @ Sikander Yadav @ Sikendra Yadav has been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57992 of 2017 considering the fact that charges were already framed during course of trial. Sikandar Yadav was in custody since last 10 months.
