Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 302, 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.
The FIR is against unknown. Co-accused Sikandar Yadav @ Sikander Yadav @ Sikendra Yadav has been allowed bail by a Coordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 28.11.2017 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 57992 of 2017 considering the fact that charges were already framed during course of trial. Sikandar Yadav was in custody since last 10 months. No.25830 of 2018 (2) dt.01-05-2018 2/2 period of three months from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Naya Ram Nagar Police Station Case No. 165 of 2016, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
