The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahila Supaul P.S. Case No.50 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 4 of the Protection of Children from Sexual Offences Act.

Considering that for the abduction of his daughter aged about 17 years the informant had already instituted Pirbahore P.S. Case No.391 of 2019 on 20.07.2019 prior to institution of the present complaint on 08.08.2019 in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Supaul vide Complaint Case No.40C of 2019 which was sent to the police for

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68648 of 2019(3) dt.06-03-2020 2/2 investigation pursuant to which the instant case being Supaul P.S. Case No.50 of 2019 has been registered under Section 366A read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below, the petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st, Supaul in connection with Mahila Supaul P.S. Case No.50 of 2019 subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
