The petitioner, who is in custody, seeks bail in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 665 of 2017 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-b) a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

Allegation against the petitioner is of recovery of two live cartridges.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that he is innocent and has been falsely implicated in his case. It has been further submitted that petitioner was arrested while he was walking in the evening and he was compelled to sign on the blank paper which has been used as seizure list. It has

Considering the aforesaid facts that earlier this Court has rejected the bail application of the petitioner with an observation that after completing six months of custody in jail, he can renew his prayer for bail. In view of the above, let the petitioner named above be released on bail upon furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M., Danapur, in connection with Danapur P.S. Case No. 665 of 2017.
