The matter has been listed under the heading 'For Orders' under the orders of Hon'ble the Chief Justice. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner, learned APP for the State and learned counsel for the informant. The petitioner seeks bail in Sessions Trial No.133 of 2017 arising out of Beur P.S. case No.241 of 2016 registered under Sections 302, 120B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act, pending in the court of Additional District and Sessions Judge IIIrd, Patna.

The earlier bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide Annexure 1 to the present application taking into account that the petitioner is one of the assailants.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.75792 of 2019(4) dt.10-06-2020 2/2 A report was called for from the trial court regarding the stage of the case. The report submitted by the trial court is at Flag 'R'.

On behalf of the informant, it has been submitted that the trial has already been concluded and the case has been fixed for judgment.

Considering the nature of accusation and the stage of the case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. The same is rejected.

The Trial Court is directed to conclude the trial at the earliest.
