The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No.187 of 2022 registered under Section 307 of the Indian Penal Code and other allied sections of the I.P.C..

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Nothing has been recovered from possession of the petitioner. There is a case and counter case between both the parties. Having considered the above facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.703 of 2023(2) dt.08-05-2023 2/2 within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of A.C.J.M. 10th, (East), Muzaffarpur in connection with Mushahari P.S. Case No.187 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
