Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code. Petitioner is in custody since 14.12.2017 in a case registered against unknown.

Submission is that the petitioner was never put on TI Parade nor anything was recovered from his possession. Only material is the confessional statement of the co-accused. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where

No.24275 of 2018 (2) dt.26-04-2018 2/2 the case is pending in connection with Kudra Police Station Case No. 279 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation and trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.
