ANJANA MISHRA ORAL ORDER 18-11-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the State. The petitioner is in custody since 11.09.2019, in connection with Beur P.S. Case No. 131 of 2018 for the offenses under Sections 406, 420 and 506/34 of Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that as per FIR the main allegation is against the mother of the petitioner Lali Devi and not this petitioner. No specific role has been attributed to him in the instant case. It is further submitted that earlier the mother of the petitioner has lodged the case and, therefore, the present case is in retaliation to the same. Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on
