The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sidhwalia P.S. Case No.147 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 354 and 506 read with 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the inordinate and unexplained delay of six days in institution of the first information report, in the event of arrest or surrender in the court below, the petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief
