Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 364, 379, 302, 201, 120B and 411 of the Indian Penal Code.

The FIR of the occurrence of murder is against unknown.

The impugned order would reveal that only material against the petitioners is their confessional statement after arrest by the police. The petitioners have stated on oath that they have got no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 28.02.2018. Investigation of the case is already complete. Considering the aforesaid fact, let the petitioners,

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.24398 of 2018 (2) dt.27-04-2018 2/2 above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Session Trial No. 99 of 2018 and CIS 99/18 arising out of K. Hat Police Station Case No. 860 of 2017, subject to the condition that the petitioners shall fully cooperate with the trial of the case, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioners.
